1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Contact Info Pending — see docs/LEGAL-COMPLIANCE-OWNER-ACTIONS.md, the operator of the Honeymilk Spinners website, APIs, and PWA (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

On first visit you will be asked to confirm that you are over 18. This confirmation is recorded locally in your browser. If you cannot truthfully make that confirmation, you must leave the Site.

3. Geographic Restrictions

4. Nature of the Service

The Site is primarily a curator and aggregator of adult content. Most content depicted on the Site (scenes, performers, studios, and product listings) is owned and produced by third parties and is shown on the Site under license, for editorial / index purposes, or via affiliate routing to the original producer's platform.

5. Adult Content / Acceptance of Risk

The Site contains explicit adult material that may be considered offensive in some communities. By using the Site you acknowledge that:

7. Accounts

User authentication is handled by Clerk on our behalf. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. User-Generated Content

The Site supports limited user-generated content (such as saved-library entries, video edits assembled from already- published library media, feedback messages, and account preferences). The Site does not accept user-uploaded sexually explicit imagery.

By submitting any content to the Site (including feedback or video edits), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content as necessary to operate the Site and to investigate abuse. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Affiliate Links and Disclosures

Many outbound links on the Site, including links from product, studio, brand, and creator pages, are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and complete a transaction, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This is one of the ways the Site is funded.

We disclose this in compliance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidance. The presence of an affiliate link does not constitute a guarantee of any product or service.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties (including studios, creator platforms, social-media platforms, and partner brands). 15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time and delete your account from the account settings page.

16. Governing Law
